About The Artist

Kyle Mieczkowski has studied manga drawing at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan, painting at UGA in Cortona, Italy, and philosophy at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. He is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a BFA in illustration and minors in creative writing, animation, and art history.

Kyle is an award-winning writer of short stories, stageplays, poetry, screenplays, and a manga self-published in Japan. He has interned for two years in the curatorial, research, and education departments at the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury, Connecticut. He currently teaches art to an audience of 50,000+ people on social media. His recent clients include Pentel, ICHIGO Inc, GSJJ, and Cuttlelola.
